Photo: Chris FosterA Montauk, N.Y., beach house formerly owned by disgraced financier Bernard Madoff is coming on the market for $21 million. The current owners, real-estate titan Steven Roth and his wife, Daryl, a theater producer, bought the property for $9.41 million in 2009, records show. The proceeds of the sale, which was handled by the U.S. Marshals Service, went toward restitution for the victims of Mr. Madoff’s notorious Ponzi scheme.
