Kiwi cyclist George Bennett has slipped down the general classification but remains inside the top-10 with two stages remaining at Tirreno-Adriatico in Italy. Bennett broke into the top-10 after narrowly missing out on a maiden World Tour stage victory to finish third on stage four. However, once Roglic lost more than a minute following a crash on stage two, LottoNL-Jumbo altered their targets to allow Roglic to push for a stage victory and Bennett for a top-10 finish overall. Bennett has finished inside the top-10 in five previous World Tour races, including the Tour of California, which he won last year.
