PROPERTY developer Phinma Properties recently recognized the housing proposals of nine teams from the Architecture Program of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in a competition. The entries were screened based on their compliance with the innovation, buildability, ecological and sustainability impact, functionality aesthetics, and class requirements. Project Mayumi, crafted by Thea Florez, Yvonne Paez, Louise Pitoy and James Tan, clinched the first prize for the 125-square-meter category.
