BELMONT — Police on Dec. 5 arrested Rachael L. Mount, 40, of 210 Endicott Street North, Laconia, on a warrant from the Gilford Police Department. On Dec. 6, police arrested Andrew James Decormier, 25, of 33 Sunshine Drive, Belmont, on a warrant from the Belknap County Sheriff’s Department. Police arrested Stephen Tobin, 21, of 168 School St., Tilton, on a bench warrant from the district court in Franklin. On Dec. 7, police arrested Christopher Burton, 28, of 1 Francis St., Meredith, on three bench warrants from Ossipee.
