But after Bennett made his claims public last month, Argento, a figurehead of the #MeToo movement, issued a statement on Tuesday claiming he was the one who attacked her. No longer want to be apart of the #metoo movement. Thorne joined the #MeToo movement in January when she said she was 'sexually abused and physically growing up from the day I can remember till I was 14.'
