On January 25, the City of Westmount will raise the flag for Bell Let’s Talk Day. A nationwide initiative committed to creating positive change for those living with mental health issues in Canada, Bell Let’s Talk has been tackling the stigma around mental illness since 2010. In the presence of Mayor Christina M. Smith, council members, members of the City administration and representatives from Bell Let’s Talk, the flag will be raised at 10:30 a.m. in front of City Hall. “We support Bell Let’s Talk as an initiative to end the stigma around mental health.
