He said that the Supreme Court decision was final and the Government should block the NASA brigade from their plan. He pointed out that the law was very clear on who should swear in the President on Tuesday, November 28. The Supreme Court unanimously upheld the re-election of Uhuru paving way for his swearing in for second term in office. This time, the court unanimously upheld President Uhuru’s re-election throwing out the petitions on grounds that they were not merited.
