The Club Licensing Board headed by Dr. Kwame Baah-Nuakoh was keen on getting all the 18 Premier League clubs to meet at least half of the rules before the commencement of the 2019/20 season which has been halted by the Coronavirus pandemic. "I have been of the view that if we push too hard, we shall destroy football. This is because Ghana is not lucky, we don't have sponsorships as other countries have."
