The 32-year-old Irishwoman is now heading for a hotly-anticipated WrestleMania 35 main event clash with Raw Women's Champion Rousey. What we've seen is WWE give her a simple character that just works - The Man. The simple changes WWE has made to produce such amazing results begs the question though - why are so many other potential stars struggling to break the so-called 'glass ceiling'?
