These were not the first times I have done myself an injury by doing something stupid and nor am I ashamed. One had an accident making a bed last year and called for a moratorium on making beds, another tripped over while making the bed and broke a wrist. I had a fraction of a second to enjoy the triumph and then the monster ran me down, which is when my knee went 'riiiiiip'.
