By Giulia PetroniGermany's Bechtle said Wednesday that it has made an offer to acquire French IT company Apixit in a move to expand its portfolio in Europe. With the acquisition, the current group of financial investors would withdraw from Apixit but there would be no changes to the company's executive management, according to Bechtle.
