Former All Black World Cup hero Stephen Donald will play Super Rugby for the Chiefs in 2019. Donald - who played in Japan in 2018 for the NEC Rockets - was training with the Chiefs in Hamilton on Monday. Chiefs coach Colin Cooper confirmed the experienced back known as "Beaver" would join the squad for the duration of the 2019 campaign. Waiuku-raised Donald has also played for Chiefs franchise feeder unions Waikato and Counties Manukau.
