The director of the upcoming “Beauty and the Beast” live-action film has revealed the movie will feature a “gay moment.”Bill Condon revealed to the U.K.’s Attitude magazine that Gaston’s sidekick LeFou, played by Josh Gad, is the character that the moment features. “LeFou is somebody who on one day wants to be Gaston and on another day wants to kiss Gaston,” Condon said, according to the Telegraph. “… Josh [Gad] makes something really subtle and delicious out of it,” Condon dished. But it is a nice, exclusively gay moment in a Disney movie.”It’s not the first time a Disney movie has featured an LGBT character. “Beauty and the Beast” hits theaters on March 17.
