Beauty YouTuber Jaclyn Hill is being slammed on social media by dozens of fans who claim that lipstick from her makeup line arrived damaged or broke within one or two uses. And eager to test out Jaclyn's beauty products, fans were quick to order her 'So Rich Lipstick,' which retail for $18 each. Popular: Jaclyn, best known for her YouTube channel, launched her makeup line Jaclyn Cosmetics in May. As well as the products, some Twitter users and fans of the beauty guru have criticized the brand's customer service. However, she said she and Jaclyn messaged each other and the beauty YouTuber said she is 'handling it'.
