Nora (not her real name) rejoices beating her fentanyl addiction. With her red hair and athletic frame, the Conway native resembles Ygritte, the "wildling" woman on TV's "Game of Thrones." Nora says that's human nature and her brain just happened to be more susceptible to addiction than other peoples' brains. The valley has "many, many" drug addicts, Nora said. "I know some really good people who are drug addicts who can't help themselves," said Nora.
