Be kind to agentsI have, on three occasions quite recently, been invited by group managers of different Sunlife teams to conduct training and motivation sessions for their members. So, offering insurance or pre-need plans is a viable choice because the outcomes are largely dependent on the effort you make, but not overly stressful like other sales or performance driven jobs. One guy I interviewed got into the “job” so he could use the money to pay for his family’s own pre-need plans. What many of us who are not in the industry don’t know is that it is a hard job, nonetheless. I am sharing this with our readers in the hope that they would have a better understanding and kindness towards people offering pre-need plans or insurance.
