Speaking on the theme ‘Made in Ghana, Globally Accepted’, at the official opening of the 23rd Ghana International Trade Fair, Mr. Ahenkorah said his outfit intends to promote Domestic Trade to stir up Ghanaians interest in goods made up in Ghana. “It is our intention as a Ministry to promote our domestic trade environment which will ensure some kind of interest in goods made in Ghana. Mr Ahenkora added that, there would be more fairs to exhibit made-in-Ghana goods for both Ghanaians and the world at large to see the products crafted and made by the locals. On his part, Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Trade Fair, Dr Agnes Adu noted that, products made by locals are of quality, and meets world class standard hence, urging Ghanaians and foreigners to patronize these products.
