Bayan Muna, which has been implicated by the military in the supposed “Red October” plot to oust President Rodrigo Duterte, received the highest voter preference rating of 8.50 percent in the March 23 to 27 poll. Magsasaka sa Sakahan, Kaunlaran was second with 6.45 percent, while Gabriela Women’s party was third with 6.04 percent. “Between February and March, awareness of the party-list system becomes more manifest not only at the national level (+13 percentage points) but also in the rest of Luzon (+12 percentage points), the Visayas (+30 percentage points), Class D (+13 percentage points), and Class E (+16 percentage points),” the polling firm added. By region, the error margins are ±6.5 percent for Metro Manila, ±3.5 percent for the rest of Luzon, ±5.3 percent for the Visayas, and ±4.7 percent for Mindanao.
