The senior level three team beat six other clubs during two gruelling days of competition at the ASB Arena in Kohimarama, Auckland. "It was a long day but the girls love competing and supporting all the other teams from across New Zealand," said Bay Twisters chairperson, Rebecca Grigson. "Bay Twisters have not been national champions for level three before so it is awesome. Anyone interested in Bay Twisters is welcome to attend the skills evaluation day on November 26, including current athletes, to assess what teams they would be placed in for 2017.
