"But it would be very irresponsible of me to quit on my constituents half way without fulfilling my duties as their MP," he said. "So far, I have helped resolve flash flood woes in four critical zones. "I have also helped resolve the long-standing migrant trader issue at the Selayang wholesale market," he said. Last week, 14 NGOs from the Batu constituency issued a call for the country’s youngest MP to step aside to allow a by-election to be called to re-elect former MP Tian Chua.
