PhotoWASHINGTON — The revolving door that is the Mets’ battered roster spun a few more times on Saturday. Reyes returned from a short stint to recover from an oblique strain, while Cespedes went on the D.L. Because both Cespedes and Michael Conforto have been injured, the Mets needed another outfielder. Taijeron, 28, went 0 for 4 in the team’s 9-4 loss to the Washington Nationals, but he still accomplished a dream. On Saturday, he became the ninth player to make his major league debut with the Mets this season.
