Share TweetBy Jeffrey DamicogFormer Philippine National Police (PNP) chief Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa was the leading senatorial candidate in the Overseas Absentee Voting (OAV) held in Saudi Arabia and in Washington D.C. Based on the COCs, Dela Rosa, a neophyte senatorial candidate who ran under the PDP-Laban, received 21,578 votes in Washington and 25,069 in Saudi Arabia. Ong placed third in Washington with 20,750 votes, while, PDP-Laban’s neophyte senatorial bet Christopher “Bong” Go got the third spot in Saudi Arabia with 24,233 votes. Reelectionist Senator Cynthia Villar of the Nacionalista Party remained on top with 25,283,727 votes in the final tally.
