This is a press release from the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office. While responding to the residence, deputies were notified that two of the involved parties had left the scene and deputies were provided a vehicle description. Earhart-Stokes reportedly followed the man and an argument ensued. At some point during this altercation, Earhart-Stokes reportedly shattered the vehicle’s windshield with the bat.
