Now her alleged attacker has fled back to New Zealand from Australia, and Jo Kajewski is angry she's been denied justice. FACEBOOK Peato Talamaivao says he was told to leave Australia, and wasn't given the chance to prove his case. The attack left the mother-of-three bruised black and blue and unable to perform simple tasks such as brushing her teeth or tying up her shoelaces.
