More enforcement needed, bar owner saysShip and Anchor owner James Ballantyne said it's evident that the current system isn't working. He said when patrons sit down they know the rules, but when alcohol comes into the mix things can shift. But, around 65 per cent of COVID-19 cases in the province currently have an unknown source of transmission.
