Micky Fallon, 46, who waived his right to anonymity to speak out against his former coach, says Bennell sniggered at him as he recalled the harrowing abuse he faced. The ex coach at Crewe Alexandra also laughed when his guilty verdict was read out at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday, Mr Fallon said. But now he has overcome his demons and works as a football coach.
