Deputy President William Ruto (pictured) was misled on where to build a university in Baringo, a group of residents has said. The group waved placards and marched 15km to the county headquarters in Kabarnet town. They accused him of delaying construction of the university. Group leader Sammy Mwaita said residents were not consulted on where to build.
