Ronald Kiprono could not hide his frustration during the send-off of a Baringo teacher killed by bandits. Ronald Kiprono revealed he had strived to reach to President William Ruto all to no avail. He revealed that he had been contacting President William Ruto since 2015 when he was deputising his predecessor Uhuru Kenyatta. Throughout his attempts to reach Ruto, no solution was found to the insecurity menace. Determined to inflict more pain, the bandits tried to disrupt the funeral by attacking the gravediggers after shooting at the location.
