Barcelona tried to bring Neymar back from PSG back in the summer - but were ultimately unable to get a transfer over the line. The Samba star wanted to return to the Nou Camp, two years after he’d sensationally quit for the Parc des Princes in a £200million deal. Barcelona couldn’t afford Neymar having already spent a huge £107m on landing Antoine Griezmann from La Liga giants Atletico Madrid. Yet Catalan newspaper Sport say that Barcelona believe the 27-year-old would cost £153m this time around. Some at Barcelona don’t share club president Josep Maria Bartomeu’s high opinion of the Brazil international.
