Barcelona are in the market for a striker with Real Sociedad's Willian Jose top of their list. Sociedad's valuation of the Brazilian is deemed high by Barcelona but the La Liga giants aren't prepared to give up yet. Jose has scored eight La Liga goals this season. After the surgery Barcelona will send a medical report to the Spanish Football Federation who will then have 48 hours to decide if Barcelona can sign Jose. Suarez scored 14 goals in 23 games this campaign before sustaining a knee injury that required surgery.
