Barcelona have agreed personal terms with two transfer targets but need to raise money to fund the deals, according to Spanish football expert Guillem Balague. Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez and Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic both have agreements with Barcelona. Balague says only Lionel Messi, goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen and midfielder Frenkie de Jong are not for sale. "Everybody is for sale at Barcelona, I've said that here," Balague said on his YouTube channel. "Apart from De Jong, Ter Stegen, Messi, everybody else is for sale at Barcelona.
