by INP , (Last Updated about 1 hour ago)LAHORE: A banking court in Lahore on Friday issued orders to auction the properties of Ayesha Ahad, ex-wife of Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Hamza Shehbaz. In a ruling, the court fixed August 26 and 27 as dates for auctioning properties of Ayesha worth Rs13.5 million. Banking court number 1 took up the petition filed by a private bank against Ayesha Ahad. During the hearing, the lawyer representing bank said that Ayesha had acquired a loan in name of AZC Developers citing business investment. After hearing arguments of both parties, the court ordered the auction of Ayesha’s properties.
