Research by the City Mental Health Alliance found that more than two thirds of graduates and students did not consider themselves to be in full mental health. The CMHA, with support from City employers including Linklaters, the law firm, and PWC, the professional services group, is launching the Thriving From The Start community to encourage employees to seek the support they need. Alex Costin, 23, a school-leaver apprentice at PWC, said that isolating mental health problems had almost cost him his job. It was only with support from PWC’s internal network that he was able to recover.…
