Two companies have admitted failings that led to the deaths of two men at a chicken factory in Attleborough more than seven years ago. Neil Moon and Jonathan Collins were working as pest control subcontractors at Banham Poultry, Station Road, on October 3, 2018, when they lost their lives. At Norwich Crown Court today, Banham Poultry Limited admitted two counts of failing to discharge a duty under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974. The companies appeared before Norwich Crown Court todayIn addition, Air Products PLC admitted one count of the same offence. Both companies accepted these breaches were causative of the deaths of Mr Moon and Mr Collins.
