I hope Bangladesh will be the key leader in the revolution,” he said at a webinar on Thursday. The prime minister’s advisor said Bangladesh wants to develop next-generation technologies now instead of hiring technology from other countries. The government has set some goals for the development of the ICT sector to lead the revolution. Joy noted that the ICT sector played a key role in keeping the economy from sinking in the “new normal” during the COVID-19 pandemic.
