Although the tourists had decided to have only practice sessions in Oman before travelling to UAE to play the official practice games of the ICC T20 World Cup against Sri Lanka and Ireland, the Bangladesh team management is now thinking it is better to play a game in Oman condition. Bangladesh team reached Oman on early hours Monday amid tension of the middle-eastern country hit by tropical cyclone Shaheen and following a flight dilemma. On Tuesday the team had their first training session. Bangladesh will then face Oman and Papua New Guinea on October 19 and 21 respectively at the same venue in the qualifying stage of the World T20.
