Visiting Bangladesh cricket team’s focus has now shifted to white-ball cricket as the side have been preparing for the three-match one-day international series against hosts Zimbabwe. Bangladesh will play a 50-over warm-up game against a Zimbabwe Select XI at Takashinga Sports Club in Harare today. The opening batsman despite the injury played against Sri Lanka in the three-match ODI series at home, and then took part in the Bangabandhu Dhaka Premier Division Cricket League T20. The Bangladesh ODI skipper did not play the Zimbabwe Test but is aiming to lead the team in the ODI series. The Bangladesh team management will wait till the last minute to decide on Tamim’s fate for the series.
