The latest data have put the overall infection rate at 15.14%, the recovery rate at 97.7%, and the mortality rate at 1.78%. In terms of deaths per division, Dhaka recorded two deaths while the rest of the divisions saw zero deaths in the last 24 hours. Barisal is the only division to see zero deaths and cases in the last 24 hours. The country last recorded an infection rate of over 3% on October 4 when the figure stood at 3.19%.
