Defence Minister Sutin Klungsang must have greeted his appointment with very mixed emotions. On the one hand, he was warmly congratulated for becoming the first civilian minister of defence not concurrently serving as prime minister. What a headache for Minister Sutin. Over to you, Minister Sutin.
