There was tension at Isiolo-Meru border on Tuesday after more than 60 armed Turkana bandits stole more than 1,000 cattle and 400 goats. The bandits, who invaded Kamuten village in Laikumukumu, Tigania East, at around 4am, shot and killed two people. Tigania East OCPD Samwel Kosgey said they bolstered security in the area and were pursuing the cattle rustler. On Tuesday, four Turkana bandits raped a woman at Kilera," the MCA said. "We have deployed 100 APs who will patrol Igembe and Tigania regions," Uhuru said.
