As is evident from the name, the story revolves around two soldiers - Naib Subedar Sartaj Singh (Purab Kohli) and Squadron Leader Imaan Khan (Satyadeep Mishra) - who go missing after the 1999 Kargil War. Well thought of sequences bring clarity to the screenplay and make for a relatively easier viewing.Characters and actors: The lead protagonists of the show shine all through - be it Purab Kohli, Satyadeep Mishra, Sandhya Mridul or Amrita Puri. The female characters are shown to be powerful and the nuances are well brought out by the two leading ladies. Also, the dilemma of a woman in such a situation is well put by Sandhya Mridul when she compares herself to a pendulum. - Bandi Yuddh Ke airs every Mon-Sat at 10:30 pm on Star Plus
