File photo of Bandhan Express UNBThe Bandhan Express is a passenger train that runs between Kolkata and KhulnaThe Bandhan Express, an international passenger train that runs between Kolkata and Khulna—once a week from either direction—will add a three-minute stop at Jessore Railway Junction from Thursday. The stoppage will allow passengers to embark on, and disembark from, the train during their journey to and from Kolkata. The train reaches Khulna from Kolkata at 12:30pm on Thursday and departs for Kolkata at 1:30pm on the same day. The Jessore station train stop was introduced following a demand made by the locals. The station master furthered that 200 seats have been set aside for the passengers travelling from the station.
