Share TweetBy Leslie Ann AquinoThe Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has authorized the opening of the ballot boxes used in the 2016 polls and the transfer of its contents in preparation for the May 13 midterm polls. The ballot boxes shall be examined thoroughly to determine which will be re-used in the May 13 polls and which shall be used as storage ballot boxes. It added that for every four ballot boxes opened, one of them will be used as the storage ballot box. “The storage ballot box shall contain the contents of all four ballot boxes,” said the COMELEC.
