The alert sent to phones and written all in block capitals, read: "BALLISTIC MISSILE THREAT INBOUND TO HAWAII. The message was a false alarm and investigations has been launched into why it was sent out on Saturday. "Just got an emergency alert for Hawaii," it read. There is no incoming missile to Hawaii. There is no incoming missile."
