Bain Capital has clinched its first deal out of a new fund focused on midmarket technology deals. The firm has backed cloud computing training platform A Cloud Guru to help fund the company’s acquisition of Linux Academy, another cloud computing training provider, according to a news release from A Cloud Guru.
