Ryszard Masierak, 31, appeared at Aylesbury crown court yesterday accused of 20 charges, including being over the drink-drive limit. Mr Masierak, from Evesham, Worcestershire, is accused of stopping his lorry on the inside lane. As the minibus tried to avoid it, it collided with another lorry. He faces eight charges of causing death by dangerous driving, four of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and eight of causing death by careless driving while over the prescribed limit.
