These are the last two tournaments available before the Olympic games. Through the Olympic scholarship, Mercy has been able to take part in tournaments across the globe. The Kenya Badminton federation used that period to appoint a team of coaches, led by John Odhiambo. NOC-K procured rubber mats for the badminton team. This partnership also gives Kenyans a chance to be part and parcel of Team Kenya.
