Soon Kit is waiting for the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) to name a replacement for Rosman Razak by end of this week. Rosman has been promoted to women’s doubles head coach, leaving only Vountus Indra Mawan to assist Soon Kit. “I’ve 12 pairs in the team and it’s not easy for two coaches to handle,” said Soon Kit. BAM have also invited Tan Boon Heong to re-join the national team but the former national player has yet to make a decision. “I prepare the players to become champions but it’s all in their hands whether they want it as much as I do,” said Soon Kit.
