7 Lee Chong Wei (pic) staged a remarkable comeback to keep his unbeaten record intact against Taiwan's Chou Tien-chen to reach the Japan Open semi-finals. Inspired, Tien-chen kept piling on the pressure on Chong Wei to take a comfortable 15-10 lead in the decider. Luckily, Chong Wei found an extra gear to draw level at 16-16 before pulling away for another three-game victory. Six-time Japan Open champion Chong Wei was happy to have scraped through another match. The youngster will surely be a handful as he will be out to make amends for compatriot Lin Dan’s 15-21, 15-21 loss to Son Wan-ho of South Korea yesterday.
