There are common factors in most dog attacks, but the media focuses on just one: breed. The vast majority of attacks involve dogs that haven't been desexed, chipped, registered, or socialised. This will reduce dog attacks and the thousands of unwanted animals that are euthanised annually. We need heavy penalties and confiscation.
